Shipping policy

1. Shipping Timeline:
- Standard Shipping: 5-6 business days in metro cities and may take longer in non-metro cities from the date your order is dispatched.
- Express Shipping: 3-4 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
- Please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical glitches with our shipping partners, weather conditions, strikes in specific cities or states, or delays due to festivities.

2. Delivery Attempts:
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our shipping partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
- After the third unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, a refund will be initiated after deducting the round-trip delivery expenses.

3. Confirmation of Delivery:
- After the delivery of your products, any disputes regarding non-delivery must be raised within 3 days.
- Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe will be considered confirmation of delivery.

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email to your registered email address.
- You can use these details to track the status of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Shipping Schedule:
- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday and national holidays.

- Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following working day.
