1. Cancellation before Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will process the refund promptly upon receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days after careful inspection.
2. Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects or damages, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to make it right.
Furthermore, products without manufacturing defects or those simply not to the customer's liking are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please place your order with this in mind.
3. Substitution of Items:
- In the rare event that an item from your order is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of similar quality and design.
- Rest assured, we guarantee that there will be no compromise on product quality.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfumes etc). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, with to and fro shipping charges deducted.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been initiated. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
