1. How much time it will take to deliver the order?

It takes 4-6 business days in Standard shipping and 2-3 days in express shipping. However, if there is any technical glitch with the shipping partner you may expect a delay.

2.  Are the products same as mentioned in the image?

Yes, we provide same products which are shown in the image and take utmost care in selection of the quality and the brand of the products.

3. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping may vary as per quantity & size of the products in a gift hamper.

4. What is the return policy?

We don't accept any cancellations or returns. We take utmost care while packing any gift hamper. However, if any damage happen in the product while in transit, we will ship that particular product again.

5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we have an option of COD with an extra charge.

6. Can we place bulk order?

Yes, in case of more than 10 gift boxes you can directly reach us through watsapp, email, instagram or a phone call.

7. What if nobody is there to receive the package?

In case you are unavailable, shipping partner will try to re-attempt delivery maximum 3 times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, box will be returned to us and refund will be initiated after deducting the delivery costs. 

8. Can I customize the gift hamper as per my choice?

Yes, you can customize by clicking on "Create your own box" section. If you think you want to add extra products which are not available in the list, you can contact us through watsapp/instagram/phone call.

9. Can I pre-book the gift hamper?

Yes, you can pre-book with us mentioning the required delivery date in the notes section. Please keep in mind that it takes 4-6 business days in Standard shipping.
